Pohon Budi

Eng

The Pohon Budi is a symbolic tree of life, inspired by its role in wayang kulit—where it marks the beginning of the story, anchoring the world between light and shadow. In this album, it becomes a map for Pulang—a journey through identity, belonging, and what it means to call a place home.

Each song has its own icon, drawn from its theme. Together, they form the Pohon Budi: a tree rooted in heritage, branching into the present, and holding space for all the complexities of being Malaysian.

It’s a reflection of where we come from, what we carry, and how we grow into where we belong.
